How we help
Care for your back, your joints and your whole body
Chiropractic care relieves pain without medication, and regular care helps prevent the next injury.

Chiropractic care
A hands-on, drug-free approach: a thorough examination, a clear diagnosis and a treatment plan made for you, with adjustments to restore movement.

Injury care and rehabilitation
Car accidents, work injuries and sports injuries, with the exercise rehabilitation Dr. Kramer specializes in to get you moving again.

Nutritional counseling
One-on-one sessions with Dr. Kramer and a personal plan for weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes and everyday eating.

Conditions we treat
Back and neck pain, headaches, pinched nerves, sciatica, arm and leg pain, tingling or numbness, and joint problems.
Who we serve
Patients of every age

Families and children
Patients of every age, from children to grandparents. Some families have been coming to the practice for more than 30 years. Backpacks, homework posture and growing bodies are part of the job.

Athletes and active people
Dr. Kramer has worked in sports chiropractic. Runners, weekend players and student athletes come in to recover from injuries, prepare for a season and keep training.

Working adults
Long days at a desk, on the road or lifting on the job. Many workplaces offer insurance that covers work injuries, and regular care helps prevent the next one.

Older adults
Gentle care for stiff joints, arthritis and the aches that come with gardening and yard work, so you can keep doing what you enjoy. Medicare is accepted.
