Welcome. Here is how to make your first appointment, the paperwork you can fill out ahead of time, and what happens at your first visit.
Your first appointment, step by step
- Request an appointment.Use the online request or call (215) 547-0508. Someone from the office will call you back to confirm the day and time.
- Fill out your health record.Complete the health record form online before your visit, as completely and accurately as you can. If you were in a car accident, fill out the auto accident forms too.
- Your first visit.We talk about your symptoms and health history, examine you (range of motion, spinal alignment and nerve function, with X-rays if needed) and explain what we found in plain language.
- Your care plan.Together we agree on a plan that fits your goals: adjustments, soft tissue work, exercises at home or nutrition advice.

Insurance
We accept most commercial insurance plans and Medicare. We are not currently participating with Pennsylvania Medical Assistance Managed Care (Medicaid). Auto insurance often covers care after a car accident, and many workplaces offer insurance that covers work injuries.
