How it works

One-on-one, practical and personal

In one-on-one sessions Dr. Kramer looks at how you eat now, finds what to improve and gives you practical ways to do it: meal plans, portion control and choosing nutrient-dense foods.

The aim is lasting change. By finding what triggers unhealthy eating and putting practical solutions in place, you build habits you can keep.

Health is for life

Diet is often a cornerstone of managing diabetes, heart disease and weight. Nutritional counseling goes well beyond weight loss: it gives you the tools and support to make lasting improvements to your health.

Dr. Kramer brings together rehabilitation, nutritional counseling, exercise and physical medicine, so your plan fits the rest of your care.
